Lightning in a Bottle’s mission is to create an experience that is both immediate and far-reaching, both temporary and enduring… and always unforgettable. By setting amazing music and performance, inspiring works of art, educational workshops, and enlightening discussions against a backdrop of natural beauty and wonder, LIB aims to devise an alternate reality where all have the opportunity to connect, to interact, and to create for themselves.
4 days and 3 nights of activities and entertainment including music, performances, inspiring art, yoga and meditation classes, sustainability workshops, clothing and craft vending, tasty organic foods, camping and much more!

2nd Annual ECOUTURE Fashion Show in Portland Oregon at PSU in the SMSU Ballroom

ECOUTURE will yet again showcase the chic & sophisticated side of sustainability with another list of supreme designers, specializing in the sustainable fashion. The annual event, produced by The Portland State University American Marketing Association (PSU:AMA), educates community members about issues surrounding environment and social sustainability, while highlighting “green” choice that can be made in many aspects of daily life including fashion, beauty, food/beverage and much more!

ECOUTURE includes students, local business owners, artists/designers and other fashion/sustainability minded folks. This year ECOUTURE is expecting an attendance of at least 300 guests. This is a great opportunity to connect with Portlanders who are sustainably conscious and highly interested in sustainable businesses.

ECOUTURE Mission:

To spread awareness about sustainability issues within the fashion industry by educating and involving the greater Portland community.
